Tour the Former Canada Creosote Site

Join the City of Calgary and Trace Associates Inc. to tour the Former Canada Creosote Site

West Village – Former Canada Creosote Site Tour
Tuesday, April 3, 2018 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Trace Associates Inc. is pleased to sponsor a tour of the Former Canada Creosote Site within the “West Village”, Calgary, Alberta.

The area has been developed since the 1920’s and included the Former Canada Creosote Site and petrochemical operations. Historical land use caused widespread environmental impairment to the soil and groundwater quality. Environmental investigations, including remediation, site specific guideline development, groundwater containment systems, barriers and extraction wells and water treatment systems have been installed or conducted at the site since the 1980’s and continue to date.

Join us at EnviroTech to learn about The City of Calgary’s remediation approach and proposed redevelopment of the area.

Welcome new owners!

On behalf of the Partners at Trace, we welcome Samantha, Nick, Monique, Steve, Maddy, and Shelley into the Trace employee-ownership program in 2017.

Newsflash, July 2017

Ever wondered how Trace’s logo was created?

Darrell Haight, Trace CEO and President, “Here’s an aerial view as I left our Saskatoon office yesterday. Although initially not a planned design element, the Trace T-logo was selected in part due to the resemblance of the many country road and city street intersections we drive to do our work. It’s a constant reminder of where we came from and where we are going.”
