The Opportunity

  • A Partner at Trace is reinventing their career with us; therefore, we need a leader to oversee all aspects of marketing, sales, and client business development across Trace.

Responsibilities

  • You will refine our business development strategy and help others understand and execute on it.
  • Oversee marketing events, conferences, and promotional material.
  • Own marketing at Trace (budget, materials, and media) and protect the Trace brand.
  • Support President in M&A, investment activity, and strategic initiatives.

About You and Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing, sales, and business development experience.
  • You value and enhance our culture.
  • You get excited about building long-term relationships, teaching others how to develop business, and can help “close” opportunities.
  • You will protect our brand and image and have outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of developing significant new business and helping others do the same.
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or related technical discipline.
  • You can work from anywhere; however, inter-office and conference travel is required. We want you to have a personal life too.
