- You will work with a team of professionals to shape and grow our business in British Columbia at both the office and field level across Trace.
- Lead and actively participate in field programs within the environmental site assessment and remediation practice area.
- Management of assessment and remediation projects, subcontractors, project budgets.
- Report and present results to clients and regulators.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to junior professionals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, landowners/stakeholders, and regulators.
- Be a part of a team that develops new business.
- Undergraduate degree in geology, hydrogeology, or a related field.
- Registered as a Professional Geoscientist with Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
- Experienced in safely leading environmental drilling programs, small- and large-scale remediation, and emergency spill response projects.
- Knowledge of contaminated sites legislation, environmental regulations, policies, and permit application processes.
- Can safely operate vehicles and has a valid class 5 driver’s licence.
- You are excited about helping an established business grow a new office.

- You are positive, humble, caring, genuine, and trustworthy.
- This position is eligible for overtime, therefore, we are looking for flexible people, as there are times where extended hours and travel away from home are required.
