The Opportunity

  • We are looking for an Intermediate Regulatory Advisor who wants to make a difference with a company that cares about its people.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage and assist with regulatory submissions for sites in multiple market sectors (oil & gas, forestry, industrial, real estate, agriculture).
  • Write and review technical content for regulatory applications, amendments, and renewals.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to junior professionals.
  • Write documents and support responses to Requests for Proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, stakeholders, and peers.

About You and Your Qualifications

  • You have 3 to 8 years of related experience.
  • Graduated from university with a bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline (e.g., environmental science, chemistry, biology, or engineering).
  • Currently hold, eligible for, or in training for a professional designation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are detail oriented.
  • You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
  • You enjoy work life balance and being a part of a people-focused company.
  • Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
