The Opportunity

  • Lead a group of passionate natural science professionals across all of Trace. Grow and further develop the natural sciences practice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, regulators, suppliers, and your peers.
  • Support and mentor a passionate and committed team of professionals.
  • Work with division managers to build diverse teams with great people.
  • Advise on projects across multiple market sectors on projects primarily within Western Canada.
  • Enhance Trace’s reputation.
  • Manage quality assurance within natural sciences.
  • Guide innovation and efficiencies.

About You and Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Status as a Professional Biologist.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to grow our natural sciences practice.
  • You solve problems.
  • Understanding of applicable provincial and federal legislation and guidance.

Base Salary

  •  $81,000 – $155,000 annually.
