Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and bring in work with new and existing clients.
  • Build and strengthen long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
  • Lead and manage the technical project teams.
  • Find, create, and implement ideas to achieve innovation.
  • Foster a culture of client satisfaction, brand loyalty, and quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create memorable, unique, and meaningful marketing content.
  • Represent Trace at industry and association events and on committees and boards.

About You and Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience selling and delivering sustainability consulting services.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can build strong external and internal relationships.
  • Health, safety, and wellness are critical to you.
  • You enjoy work life balance and being a part of a people-focused company.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
  • You have a diploma or degree in a related field. A Sustainability certification or degree is a plus.
