The Opportunity

  • We are looking for a Project Administrator who wants to make a difference with a company that cares about its people. The Project Administrator will join the administrative team, provide support to project staff, and assist the Division Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Format, proofread, and assemble technical letters, reports, and documents in accordance with
    Trace standards.
  • Coordinate delivery of technical documents to clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
  • Provide support to technical staff, including report writing, cost administration, client database entry, and general administrative duties.
  • Support the Division Manager with office-related duties, as needed.

About You and Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in office environment. Work experience from a professional services or environmental consulting firm preferred.
  • Post-secondary education or diploma in business administration or other relevant education.
  • Membership with the Association of Administrative Assistants considered an asset.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • You have excellent proofreading skills and can quickly identify grammatical errors.
  • You take pride in your work and have outstanding attention to detail.
  • You are positive, humble, caring, genuine, and trustworthy.
  • You enjoy work life balance and being a part of a people-focused company.
  • You have an enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
