Health and Safety
Health and safety is our priority, and our objective is zero incidents. Since our inception Trace’s health and safety program is led by the Executive Team and the Management Team, including Supervisors. At Trace, everyone is a safety leader.
Executives, Managers, and Supervisors have safety goals to tour worksites, inspect worksites, lead health and safety meetings, and in general – live and breath safety. Our President and CEO is, and always has been, our Corporate Safety Officer. We provide all of the required equipment, clothing, and extensive on-the-job training our people need to be safety leaders. Positive reinforcement is a critical component to our program; therefore, we recognize exceptional performance on the spot and at quarterly and annual meetings.
