We work with you and your team to ensure your project keeps momentum by minimizing delays and keeping you safely in compliance.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\tBiophysical Impact <br \/>Assessments\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Inventory of soil and landscapes, vegetation communities, rare plants, wetlands, watercourses, historical resources, wildlife, and wildlife habitat<\/li>\n<li>Address species at risk, migratory birds, and sensitive wildlife habitat<\/li>\n<li>Wetland inventory and mapping and submission of applications to satisfy regulatory requirements including Water Act applications<\/li>\n<li>Provide regulatory support and field level expertise throughout project development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\n\t\tConstraints Mapping: <br \/>Project Development <br \/>Support\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Constraints mapping tailored to client requirements and associated regulatory setting<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate environmental constraints and alternatives to project location and construction<\/li>\n<li>GIS support and initial project citing by desktop review &#8211; field verification completed only when required for verification<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation of &#8220;live edit&#8221; processes with clients to resolve and address planning constraints with key project stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\n\t\tWildlife\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Mandatory bird nest searches as per the Migratory Bird Convention Act<\/li>\n<li>Wildlife sweeps and surveys and long-term monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Detailed mapping of nest locations<\/li>\n<li>Assess nest activities and recommend mitigations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\n\t\tSoil and Terrain <br \/>Inventory and Mapping\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Soil and terrain inventory for development, provision of soil material balances for tender purposes<\/li>\n<li>Desktop spatial analysis and digital extrapolation processes reduce field level activity<\/li>\n<li>Conduct pre-disturbance inventory to allow for development and design of project footprints, construction logistics, and reclamation plans<\/li>\n<li>Soil salvage and storage recommendations and general soil handling BMP&#8217;s based on soil types and terrain<\/li>\n<li>Provide field level construction or reclamation supervision as well as on the ground training to clients for soil identification &#8211;
