Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and bring in work with new and existing clients.
- Build and strengthen long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
- Write and coordinate winning proposals.
- Help our technical experts develop marketing material (abstracts, papers, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create memorable, unique, and meaningful content for our website and social media.
- Represent Trace at industry and association events.
- Help the people around you succeed.
About You and Your Qualifications

- An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
- 4-10 years of business development experience, preferably in professional services.
- A track record of meeting business development targets by putting the client first.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who can build strong external and internal relationships.
- Graduated from a college or university with a diploma or degree in business, science, or engineering. An ESG focus is a plus.
