Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and bring in work with new and existing clients.
  • Build and strengthen long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
  • Write and coordinate winning proposals.
  • Help our technical experts develop marketing material (abstracts, papers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create memorable, unique, and meaningful content for our website and social media.
  • Represent Trace at industry and association events.
  • Help the people around you succeed.

About You and Your Qualifications

  • Health, safety, and wellness are critical to you.
  • You are positive, humble, caring, genuine, and trustworthy.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
  • 4-10 years of business development experience, preferably in professional services.
  • A track record of meeting business development targets by putting the client first.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can build strong external and internal relationships.
  • Graduated from a college or university with a diploma or degree in business, science, or engineering. An ESG focus is a plus.
